In the age of multi-cultural dialogue especially important is the development of multilingual and multicultural linguistic identity. It is the bearer of linguistic and intercultural competences who is able to participate fully in intercultural communication, to realize itself in the dialogue of cultures. The successful formation of the lan-guage and multicultural personality is directly related to the ability to manage their learning activities. There-fore, the basic principles underlying the innovative methods of teaching foreign languages should be: indi-viduality, independence and continuity of learning levels
Based on the analysis of speech samples of native speakers presented in the VK social network, the author proves the position that the formalization of the communicative function of the language observed in modern Russian speech can lead to the loss of the national-cultural specifics of speech and the gradual loss of the unique personality code.
The Russian world, acting as an integrator, reacting to the transit and temporal states of society, forms a strategy for searching for an optimal and harmonious world order of the future, where cultural globalization of mono-ideologies is replaced by strategies for promoting values that create a common fabric of culture for the peoples of the East and West. The Russian world can be considered as a geocultural project capable of carrying its ideals to other worlds.
