The article presents the procedure for determining the optimal scheme of the gas distribution network. Graphical methods of constructing a network of gas pipelines are illustrated, their analysis is given. The mathematical apparatus for determining the lengths of the main sections and branches of the gas supply system is given. The technique of technical and economic assessment of the gas distribution network is considered. A graphical interpretation of the calculation results of the reduced costs is presented. The rational option of determining the optimal scheme of the gas supply system is chosen.
