The article analyzes the degree of influence of the poetic tradition laid down by Mikhail Naumenko on the lyrics of the popular Yuri Loza's album “A Journey to Rock 'n' Roll” compositions aimed at the tastes of the mass listener. The tasks carried out within the framework of the work included a comparison of texts from the album “Journey to Rock and Roll” with the works of Mikhail Naumenko, sustained in a similar style, devoted to similar topics or containing the same poetic techniques, analysis of these texts, identification of similar features, establishment of differences and determining the degree of influence of Mike Naumenko on the work of Yuri Loza. The relevance of the article is due to the increased interest in the life, work and personality of Mikhail Naumenko in recent years, as well as the relatively small amount of scientific research and development devoted to his contribution to the domestic rock culture. In the work on the materials, a combination of typological, sociological and comparative-historical research methods was used.
With the beginning of the data visualization process and the need to maintain competitiveness in the media market, printed journalistic text began to widely use the possibilities of photography, both informative and manipulative. The possibility of interpreting the photographic message was occupied not only by foreign, but also by domestic researchers. The problem of perception of creolized media text is key in the proposed work.
At the present stage, the formation of a new reader's mentality is clearly visible, this trend, in turn requires new scientific interpretations of the literary works of the past. The purpose of our work is to highlight some philological approaches to the study of historical fiction (based on the works of V. Yan, I. Kalashnikov), identify linguistic and linguocultural potential for further research (S. Borodin). Since at present numerous studies in the field of speech genres put on the agenda the problem of a systematic description of the communicative behavior of the people, we consider it expedient to study this problem on the basis of the historical prose of S. Borodin.
In this article, I reviewed and analyzed one of the means of non-verbal communication, namely, a smile. I must say that a smile, as a kind of facial expressions, is quite significant. A smile is manifested and interpreted in different ways in different linguistic cultures, so the study of this means of non-verbal communication is more relevant than ever and inevitably important for building favorable intercultural relations between peoples.
The article presents the results of a comparative legal study of the criminal legis-lation of the CIS countries and neighboring countries (Belarus, Armenia, Abkha-zia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia) in order to study the cur-rent state of such a technique of legal technique as the use of evaluative concepts in criminal legislation. According to the results of the research, individual features of the development of evaluative concepts, their content and methods of consoli-dation in the criminal legislation of these countries have been identified.
