The article is devoted to the role of higher education in the development of Sub-Saharan Africa. The problem of education is considered to be one of the main problems in the social and economic development of this region. Nowadays the system of education enlarges the opportunities of getting higher education but at the same time it faces with a great number of problems which must be solved.
