Keyword: «privacy culture»

The experience of the pandemic has significantly changed the current processes, transferring almost all spheres of life to a digital format: online services and work, distance learning and medicine, government digital services, etc., up to a new economic model, which was given the name «contactless economy». In parallel with the growth of the volume of data collected, not only the number of useful services and products is growing, but also the number of leaks, cases of cyber fraud and data abuse. Today, fraudulent attacks on citizens have turned into a real national disaster. The main vulnerability of our citizens lies in ignorance of the rules for handling their personal data and the rules for maintaining privacy in a world where data has become the «new oil». There are not enough information resources on which citizens could draw knowledge at the moment. In this regard, one of the main tasks of business and the state should be to increase the privacy culture of the country's population.
