Syndrome of emotional burnout has been considered for a long time. Different aspects of the study indicate the relevance of studying emotional burnout from different points of view. This article explores the relationship between emotional burnout and the life values of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs personnel. The results obtained with the help of Questionnaire "Professional Burnout" by N. E. Vodopyanova and morphological test of life values by V. F. Sopov, L. V. Karpushin, testify to such interconnectedness of concepts.

the Relevance of the research is due to the high requirements of awareness and reflexivity to the subject of professional activity. For higher reflexivity, it is necessary to know its structural components and their content. The article presents the results of research on the structure of reflection of professional success of an individual in the framework of a systematic approach. In this connection, a detailed description of the research plans is presented, namely, metasystem, structural, functional, genetic, and integrative. It also describes the creation of an integrative reflexive field, which, using the storytelling method, makes it possible to comprehensively study the reflection of professional success.
