The article presents the analysis of peculiarities of formation of psychological readiness for school among older preschoolers (children aged 6-7 in terms of the municipal budget preschool educational institution kin-dergarten No. 295). It is shown that the forming of psychological readiness for school children preschool age depends on the skill level of the teacher, from the psychological climate in the children's team, from the level of cognitive active-STI, the emotional-volitional sphere of the child, mode of work and rest. Also about the process of formation of readiness of the child of preschool age depends on the level of education in the family, educational level of parents, and taking advantage of technological climate.
The modern educational system always undergoes transformation which, affects the relations within the pedagogical team. Creating a favourable socio-psychological climate in an educational institution, in turn, requires leaders to choose the right style of leadership to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process in an educational institution.

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of subjective perception of the balance between work and personal life, as well as determining its impact on labor potential and having a positive impact on qualitative and quantitative labor indicators. The research is based on the hypothesis that the proposed tips will improve the well-being of teachers, increase the efficiency of their work and the quality of work. The expected result was: memorization by teachers about their internal resources; development of skills for the prevention of chronic fatigue syndrome and emotional burnout by teachers; reduction of anxiety among teachers, stabilization of self-confidence.

The article considers the main aspects of the psychological climate as a special factor of personality development, including a factor influencing the speech development of young children. It is noted that a child at an early age is most vulnerable to influence from the family. The factors that create a positive psychological climate in the family are considered. An empirical study was conducted, which confirmed the hypothesis that the psychological climate may be associated with the development of children's speech at their early stage of adulthood.
