The article deals with some of the sound changes that occur in related languages, regardless of phonetic patterns. The authors classify such phenomena as phonomorphonological. It is noted that phonomorphonological phenomena are not consistent, in each of the related languages the sounds that are prone to loss (compression) in the process of pronunciation are different. It is also believed that the increase in the number of syllables of a word by adding consonants or syllables in words belongs to the morphonological phenomenon. The authors come to the conclusion that morphonological phenomena are due to the goal of facilitating the pronunciation of the word.
