This article examines the fact that the Russian Federation today is an integral part of the world economy. Our country's accession to the WTO and the development of foreign trade activities with a huge number of countries cause the appearance of risks of importation of quarantine pests of plant products from a country with a well-or poorly studied phytosanitary situation.
