The article is devoted to problems of formation of the investment portfolio based on the goals and types of investor. The main problems of modern Russian market of investments. Presented in the article method of calculation of financial risks of the enterprise - the exporter presents an analysis of the three types of risk formulas linking financial leverage and financial risk.

The Valuation of a business is an effective tool allowing to use the cost approach in the management of the company. The article considers the ways of formation of effective information systems that provide the rationale for the alternative management decisions in the system of financial management in enterprises that should provide a good rationale for the level of risk and the subsequent evaluation of business value.
