In this article is described the modeling of the human attractor in educational organizations using a synergis-tic approach. Identified the need to create synergetic model of personnel attractor. This model can be used as a tool of system changes in GS in the context of modernization, determining the conditions for the de-velopment of self-organization to change the quality and contribute to the development of methodology of management.

The significant role of archaic ideas about the phenomenon of “chaos” in the structure of consciousness makes clear the meaning of the term «chaos» in social philosophy and sociology. In recent decades, science was the destruction of the classical mechanism and such theories as quantum physics, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, statistical physics, and particularly synergy developed, which were the main reasons for the increased attention to the paradigm of chaos. Modern science tries to understand how order emerges out of chaos and views the theory of synergy. In the article the attempt of analysis of the process of transformation of chaos to social order with the use of a synergistic approach.
In the modern educational space of a technical university, a foreign language serves as an instrument of international communication for future specialists. The article discusses the problems of introducing Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in Russian universities. The prospects of teaching teachers of higher education of a new model of vocational training are analyzed. The problems of creating a new generation of textbooks that focus on the integration of subject and language are presented. When conducting such CLIL classes, it is necessary to take into account not only the leading perceptual modality of students, but also clip thinking. This allows the formation of meta-subject and intercultural competencies, as well as the basic skills (creativity and cooperation) that a future specialist needs to compete in the labor market. All this helps to develop just the synergistic CLIL learning model.
