Today, Russia is facing challenges of full modernization, which for her critically coincided with the problem of its integration into the world community in the conditions of globalization is a new phenomenon. There-fore, in the real conditions of the early modernization of society, collectivist -oriented Russian ethnic groups, were in a state of crisis ethnicity, reacting to a perceived threat to their ethnic identity, increasing ethnic tensions and increased intra unity. In the face of rising ethnic tension imbalance in the demographic composition of the republics and inequali-ty in the ethnic groups in the " power structures " lead to the fact that ethnic minorities are becoming increas-ingly feel oppressed . They need not only in the social, legal and political protection.

The paper regards the means of maintaining the force of fictional titles of the English origin in the process of translation from English into Russian. The analysis proves that the most acceptable ways of translating titles and maintaining their pragmatic force are transformation and substitution. The choice depends on linguistic and cultural peculiarities of the target language.
This article discusses the features of the implementation of the addressee's communication strategies through the prism of the title of the railway text. There is an increased interest of researchers in the issue of communicative strategy and tactics as a linguistic phenomenon. Attention is focused on the important role of certain linguistic means as linguistic techniques in the implementation of the author's intention and the addressee's communicative strategy. The most effective language means used in the framework of the railway discourse are identified.
The article examines the structural models of modern media headlines. It is noted that the structure of modern Internet media headlines is very diverse and is being updated with new models. The traditional model – the nominative sentence – is beginning to be used less and less, giving way, on the one hand, to incomplete, and on the other hand, to complete, widespread, and often complex sentences. There is a trend towards longer, more informative headlines.
