This article deals with the problem of logistics operations for the transportation of petroleum products to the Momsky district of the Sakha Republic. The river transport corridor – Momsky navigation is closed due to shallowing of the rifts, in the early years there were risks of disruption of cargo delivery. It is economically profitable to carry out the northern delivery of petroleum products to this area by river along the route Nizhny Bestyakh-Khandyga, with the use of vehicles in the winter: Khandyga-Khonuu, where op-erational indicators are lower, costs are lower and profits are higher. To select such a route, a fleet schedule was developed, ships were rationally distributed among work areas, a cargo line diagram was formed, and the need for cargo ships was determined. In the future, the optimal solution would be to propose dredging on the difficult riffles of the Indigirka River to create conditions for cargo flow to the port of Khonuu. Transport lo-gistics, the delivery scheme must be clearly worked out, a single dispatcher is needed for court coordination. Ensure early operation of the winter road while the snow is shallow.
