Reconstruction of the heat supply system in the village of Batagai-Alyta, Eveno-Bytantai ulus, is determined by the need to form promising directions for the development of heat supply systems in the context of economic planning, increased requirements for reliability, efficiency, energy and environmental safety. A project for the reconstruction of the heat supply system of the village of Batagai-Alyta of the Eveno-Bytantai ulus has been developed for the long term development of the system. After reconstruction, heat consumers are 212 residential buildings. The total estimated amount of heat for heating, taking into account heat losses, is 1067 kW. A comparative analysis of the cost of heating before reconstruction (central and stove heating) and after reconstruction (central) was made. The savings in financial costs for heating after reconstruction is 11% (585,790 rubles). By comparing various heat-insulating materials, mats and wool from super-thin basalt fiber were chosen as thermal insulation.
