The article is devoted to the explanation of the meanings and basic concepts of anthropology, connected with a man, personality, with universal terms, with phraseological combinations, grouping them in a certain order, classifying them, defining their various features. Several concepts that are closely related to the word "Adam" ("man"), but not universally accepted by the people, are deciphered.
