The current socio-economic situation in the Arkhangelsk region aggravates the problem of the lack of prospects for young people, which indicates the relevance of the study. The purpose of the article is to analyze migration processes among young people in the Arkhangelsk region, as well as factors that increase migration trends. As a result of the study, it was found that the migration of the population in general and young people in particular in the Arkhangelsk region is mainly of an economic nature. Inattention to the problems of youth in the studied region increases the motivation of this group to migrate.

The article discusses approaches to the definition of “social business” concept, analyzes some features of solving social problems with the help of social business abroad and in Russia. The author highlights some peculiarities of this type of business activity formation as the basic institution of civil society in our country. The existing problems of social business in Russia are analyzed.

The article discusses the relationship between social risks in the youth environment and the intensity of young people migration. The study is dedicated to identifying the causes of young people migration due to social risks. The author examines the structure of social risks, their differentiation according to levels of occurrence, reveals the relationship between social risks and migration of young people from the Arkhangelsk region.

The author studies the essence of strategic management as a basis for the development of effective business. The key components of strategic management are identified. The components of the strategy, mission and goals are identified in the context of strategic management formation. It is proved that the most difficult stage of strategic management in business is the practical implementation of the strategy, since it is necessary to go through all levels of enterprise management correctly, which should be taken into account by the majority of its divisions.

The article poses the problem of sociological research ethical regulation. Ethical aspects of sociological research are considered. The author does a review of applied sociological research conducting current norms.
