In work application of a packet of visual modeling of Simulink for the description of the main transactions of financial mathematics is considered. Benefits and possibilities of this tool are listed. The main stages of modeling are stated. Models of calculation of the increased amount when using the scheme of charge of simple and compound interests are constructed, and also models of transactions with flows of payments.

Some generalization of classical model of market balance (Valras's models) are made. Nonlinearity of laws of the demand and supply, dependence of these laws on change in price speed are considered. Specific examples of application of models are reviewed.

In article comparison of investment structural products with complete protection is carried out by complete protection of the equity and bank deposits. On the basis of the analysis available yielded and results of imitating modeling it is shown that the considered structural product, with risks and low expected return in-herent in it, can't be considered as successful alternative to bank deposits.

Assortment management is the main task of trade enterprises. Assortment is a basic tool in the marketing mix, it affects the sales and distribution costs. Management of assortment is an important issue for interna-tional companies, because they have a high cost of export-import operations, and this fact influences the financial result. The article considers the information technology assortment management aimed at increas-ing turnover and reducing distribution costs by forming a balanced assortment structure.
