The article is devoted to one of the most important problems of professional self-determination of seniors and developing models of psycho-pedagogical support of this process. Psycho-pedagogical support is considered as a system of measures and activities facilitate the formation of personality, able to make independent and informed decisions about life choices and professional positions.

The article analyzes the correction and prevention of emotional burnout of teachers. Considers new approaches to solving problems. Presents a model of "Psychological-pedagogical correction of emotional burnout of teachers" which contains the correction of emotional burnout of teachers and education is a system consisting of several interconnected blocks: target, substantial, technological, and assessment.

The paper analyzes the psycho-psychological approach of innovation culture of a management subject in the modernization of education. The author suggests a model of innovation competence of a head of an educational institution as a basic framework.
