The article was an attempt to review the complex ideas, issues dealing with temporal Augustine and Husserl. Both thinkers are considered as creators of a complex of philosophical ideas which along with transcendental philosophy of Kant have directly influenced the Heidegger's concept of time. Intrinsic opening Augustine and Husserl presented in conjunction with the understanding of time in Heidegger.

The paper discusses the role of social partnership and its impact on organizational behavior at enterprises; it focuses on the development of social partnership in modern conditions of organizations and the labor market.

Article compares the main prerequisites of Kant understanding of time for the purpose of explanation of their role in system of the relations of transcendental and formal logic of Immanuil Kant.
