The author deals with the process of cultural creative development of students in the process of formation of foreign communicative competence, which is viewed as building the ability for creative research through active communicative modelling communication patterns in the system of another language, learning foreign cultural phenomena and consolidation of the national cultural experience. The author shows the components of forming creative potential while developing communicative competency, defines certain patterns of pedagogical activity in the process.

In the article the main problems of language training as one of the priority directions of modernization of language education requiring the formulation of new problems and the transition from traditional language teaching to learning intercultural didactics, undertaken in the context of eurooplane and social culture.
This article is dedicated to the issue of language education, which is nothing but a process of movement from a goal to result. In this case, positive transfer and interference are considered as one of the most frequent strategies in the study of the second and third foreign languages.
