However, it is known that requirements can be made in cases where a qual-ity standard for the implementation of activities is provided in advance. The standardization of various activities is a modern trend both at the international level and in national legislation. The paper attempts to analyze the most signifi-cant international norms governing advocacy, which are standards for national Russian legislation.
