The article is devoted to the analysis of the reasons of interpersonal and innerpersonal conflicts appearing in pedagogical sphere, to the investigation of management methods in a modern pedagogical collective. The research was held in the pedagogical collective of a secondary school. The data of 50 teachers questionnaire were used in the article, the aim of which was to discover psychological comfort level, prevailing behavior style in a conflict situation and the conflict level of the collective.

The paper is devoted to the critical analysis of the tradition of conflict studying in modern psychology. The author shows the paradoxes and the sore points in the methodological and methodical approaches of modern psychological practice to diagnosis, prediction and mediation in the conflict. In particular, it is a lack of publications contributing to the understanding of the conflict, and their obvious need. The paper suggests ideas for overcoming difficulties in the study of conflicts.

The authors of the Russian World conception and many modern Russian scholars are ignoring the fact that civilization-level phenomenon of Russian World had been developing during different historic periods of Eurasian states and has always been multiconfessional in its fundamental nature. The main reason for it seems to be in a state-inspired falsification of the Russian history official version which began to be developed in the end of the XVII century, when some meaningful facts in the history of Russian World such as its multiconfession character and participation of Eurasia states in its establishment were purposefully neglected. Ignoring those amendments to the Russian history makes a serious challenge to the future of Russian state as a multi-ethnic and multiconfessional country. That is why the very approach to this problem should be changed by restoring those half-forgotten genesis aspects of Russian World in Russian history with assigning them appropriate significance.

The article reveals the problem of conflict management, gives the author's definition of "conflict management in an organization" concept. The authors consider forms of conflict management and ways of conflict resolution, and develop a common model of conflict management in an organization.
Development of competence in conflict resolution in psychology students Abstract: the author actualizes the issue of the formation of conflictological competence in future psychologists as a component of professional competence. Various approaches to the definition of conflictological competence are considered. The article describes the academic disciplines at the university aimed at developing the skills to solve conflicts. Examples of topics for theoretical classes and exercises, games for practical work are presented.
