The article deals with issues related to the specifics of customs regulation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the current circumstances, a number of key changes were made to the supranational legislation of the EAEU, as well as to the national legislation of the Russian Federation. The measures taken in the field of customs regulation mainly included tariff regulation measures, as well as a number of non-tariff regulation measures aimed at restricting the export of a number of goods outside the customs territory of the EAEU.
This article examines the institutional aspects of the system of providing medical care to the population of Russia in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic: their features and ongoing changes. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of changes in the legislative base of the industry. The author comes to the conclusion that the legal regulation of the medical sphere caused by the fight against the new coronavirus infection is in the state of an intermediate institution. Changing the institution of law requires special attention of the legislature in connection with the emerging risks and costs of transformation. The author also draws attention to the peculiarities of information support in the medical sphere and the problem of information asymmetry, which impedes an effective fight against the pandemic due to the population's distrust of government authorities and the medical community. At the same time, the article discusses the achievements in terms of the logistics of the industry and the digitalization of the healthcare system. According to the author, this issue is acutely relevant from the point of view of determining the further vector of reforming the medical sphere, as well as the socio-economic development of the country.
The article analyzes various aspects of the interaction between family and school during the period of forced self-isolation in March-May 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis of foreign and Russian studies, the author examines the difficulties that arose in the “school-child-family” system during the transition to a remote work format: social, technical, educational, integration. New roles of parents are analyzed. The problems arising in the implementation of the pedagogical process, deepened by the existing socio-economic inequality, are noted. Attention is drawn to the insufficient preparation of teachers for the implementation of online learning. A survey of 178 first-year students of Smolensk State University conducted by the author showed that the period of distance learning in March-May 2020 changed many aspects of the usual life of schoolchildren. However, most of the respondents managed to successfully cope with the difficulties that arose, to find the positive aspects of home schooling. The greatest concern was caused by the lack of interaction between the family and the school, especially in matters of upbringing and career guidance, the lack of help from the school psychologist and social educator. It is concluded that there is a need for better training of all school staff that are able to work in new conditions, based on the practical experience gained in the conditions of distance learning.
New realia, phenomena, ideas and technologies that require nomination appear in a constantly changing world almost every day. The covid-19 pandemic has caused a flurry of neologisms in most languages, which has led to the emergence of a rich layer of new coronavirus vocabulary. The article provides its comparative analysis in German, English and Russian, carried out from the point of view of the ways of nominating new coronavirus concepts in these languages.
The promotion of the idea of continuous education and the emergence of many new professions in the virtual world have contributed to the development of online education. The abstract presents the current statistics of the online education market in Russia, considers the principles of operation of the main online platforms, and also indicates the main prospects for the development of this industry.
