The article is devoted to the analysis of the multicultural paradigm of modern native language education, which is the result of educational purposes and methodology changes. The paradigm refers to the principles of poly-cultural personality development, to acquiring subject boundaries of educational sphere, namely the interaction of culture and society.
The article considers the possibility of using marketing in the educational sphere, as well as its management tools for such organizations. The opinions of various experts on the use of methods in the management of educational organizations to assess the effectiveness of implemented technologies are given. The author emphasizes that the problem of theoretical and methodological justification, development and implementation of a comprehensive objective system for evaluating the development and effectiveness of marketing in educational organizations remains relevant and needs further research.
The article analyzes the mechanisms of methodological support of the educational sphere, taking into account the pedagogical capabilities of the potential of an educational institution that ensures the formation of readiness for communicative interaction by means of foreign-language professional communication.
