The article deals with the issues of work of minors in the Republic of Tuva. The relevance of the topic is that with the development of market relations in the world of work, a large number of children under the age of majority began to be involved. From the level of development of the sphere of labor, is determined by the effectiveness of the legal regulation of social relations in this sphere.
In article questions of knowledge of youth (graduates of universities and secondary professional schools) about employment opportunities by means of the state help which will be organized by the employment service of the population are considered. The analysis of the statistical data obtained during the research is carried out the recommendations promoting a solution of the problem of obtaining information on services of employment center are offered.
The article discusses the problems of the situation of persons of pre-retirement age in the modern labor market in the light of changes in pension legislation. The results of the survey of persons of pre-retirement age regarding their position in the field of employment, the demand for employment center services and employment prospects are being conducted. The obtained data are compared with the analysis of the opinion of specialists of the employment center on employment and unemployment among pre-retirees. Recommendations are proposed to help solve the problems of unemployment and employment of persons of pre-retirement age through the help of employment centers.
This article analyzes the state of the labor market in the Voronezh Region for the first half of 2020, considers the current factors affecting the growth of the number of unemployed citizens in the registered labor market, characterizes the problems of increasing the number of unemployed and suggests ways to improve the services of employment centers.
The article actualizes the issues related to the professional self-determination of schoolchildren. Significant changes in the socio-political and economic conditions of our society, the development of market relations have had a great impact on modern educational institutions. Currently, the school has a real opportunity to transform its education system, expanding the possibilities for each student to choose their own life and professional path. The article deals with the issues of interaction between the school and the employment service in the process of supporting the professional self-determination of schoolchildren. The author presents a theoretical analysis and the data of the conducted research confirming the need to organize such cooperation in a unified educational environment.
