Objective. To study the main problems of the organization of medical care in the Russian Federa-tion in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic based on the analysis of regulations governing the provision of medical care in these conditions, based on data in the public area (Internet). Methods. By the method of content analysis, 19 normative acts regulating the organization of med-ical care in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic in the period from March 2020 to Decem-ber 2022 and materials in open access (Internet, information in the media on the problems of or-ganizing medical care in the conditions of a pandemic). Results. As a result of content analysis and study of materials in the public domain, as well as a result of informal interviews of medical patients who have been ill with COVID-19, the main problems associated with the provision of medical care in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic were identified. Conclusion. The proposals made to improve the organization of medical care will improve the quality of medical care for patients with coronavirus infection.
The article presents the methodological foundations for the use of a competence-based approach to the assessment of human resources of healthcare. Healthcare personnel are the main, most valuable and important part of healthcare resources. The effective functioning of both the entire healthcare system as a whole and its individual structural units is ensured by human resources.
Forming judgements and opinions regarding the healthcare system of the Russian Federation among medical institute students is considered to be a relevant issue today. The attitude of the future medical representative is of great importance when choosing a field in order to succeed professionally and achieve high results. Undoubtedly, specifically during the study period he is contributed with forming opinion towards the healthcare system. As a result, the survey of students opinion should be done, the peculiarities of forming their opinions, influential factors and possibilities to correct the completely false views if there are any. The purpose of the study is to evaluate students judgements regarding work in medical field. Object and methods. In November 2022, a study was conducted at Smolensk State Medical University in groups of 30 people from the first, fourth and sixth years of the Faculty of Medicine and the first, third and fifth years of the Faculty of Dentistry and Pharmacology using methods of sociological survey and statistical analysis. Results. Students revealed the adequate assessment of the existing healthcare system which was based on their personal observation and analysis of first aid assistance with a slight prejudice concerning the field of interest. Findings. The main factors influencing the formation of opinions about the medical sphere are: reinforcing stereotypes about better quality of medical services in private medical institutions compared to public ones due to the large wage disparity; insufficient funding of medical educational institutions; average satisfaction with the quality of education received.
