The paper pertains to a comparative analysis of "Winnie-the-Pooh and all–all–all" translation versions, authored by B. Zakhoder and V. Rudnev. The analysis is carried out in the light of D. Robinson's dialogical theory describing translation as a way which the translator lays to himself and others.

The article analyzes the use of antiphrasis and antiphrasis style by modern writer Leonid Kaganov. Antiphrasis is the use of a word and phrase in the opposite sense, helping the speaker to emphasize the meaning of what has been said. Antiphrasis (sarcasm, irony) is primarily a humorous linguistic device, but this is not its only function in the works of Leonid Kaganov. With the help of antiphrasis, the author indirectly expresses a negative attitude to the events of political, cultural, social life, gives them a deontic assessment. In addition, Kaganov uses antiphrasis for edifying purposes to teach the reader something without explicit instruction. Antiphrasis as a language device and antifrastic style is the brightest symbol of Leonid Kaganov’s authorial manner, for which it is important to combine the lively character of communication with a deep ideological content.
The article is devoted to the issues of using the means of artistic expressiveness of irony in political poetry. The research material was the poems of Dmitry Bykov, collected while watching the YouTube channel, from literary and Internet sources.
This article discusses the methodology for teaching international bachelor's courses "Home Reading." To determine the level of understanding of irony in the artistic text, special classes were prepared and conducted. The article describes the results of the lessons. During the empirical study, the difference in the formation of an understanding of irony in the artistic text was revealed.
In this article, the author attempts to express the difference between proverb and irony in Persian by citing reliable sources and using practical examples.
