This article contents the description of the significance the real estate market and analysis its current state, and also examines the main set of measures implemented in the legislation of the Russian Federation, aimed at restoring and supporting housing and communal services in the conditions of imposed external restrictions on the market. In addition, new proposals are being considered, also aimed at supporting the above-mentioned areas of the economy.
The article attempts a comprehensive analysis of the causes and factors of effec-tiveness of normative legal acts. The question of legislative defects as reasons of their inefficiency has been studied. The study of these issues allows timely elimi-nation of defects and ensure the adoption of an effective normative legal act.
This paper attempts to analyze the impact of culture on the formation of legisla-tion. The author concludes that culture influences the content of normative legal acts of different levels: from international to local acts of the employer. At the in-ternational level, the cultural achievements of the world community are being taken into account, which has a direct impact on the recognition and consolida-tion of certain rights, at the level of the regions of the countries, the concretization of legal regulation taking into account cultural, national, ethnic and other values. National regulation takes place taking into account the level of cultural develop-ment of the individual State and is specified at the level of subjects, territories and at the local level of the individual employer.
The article, based on the analysis of the law enforcement practice and changes in the legislation governing the circulation of arms in the territory of the Russian Federation at the present time, identifies the main problems that need to be addressed. Analysis of a number of recent developments that could serve as a prerequisite for effective counteraction and prevention of crime in the area of arms trafficking.
