The article reveals the specifics of film fragments use at Russian literature classes in the institution of secondary vocational education. The relevance of the analyzed problem does not cause doubts in the professional community. It is shown that the dialogization of literature and cinema meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Secondary Educational Programs, contributes to the differentiation and individualization of the specialists’ training. In the process of mastering artistic texts, future professionals of “Yakutsk Art College named after P.P. Romanov” should analyze and interpret the work of art, using information on the history and theory of literature; analyze the episode (scene) of the studied work, explain its connection with the problematic of the work; to correlate fiction with public life and culture, to disclose the specific historical and universal content of the studied works. The purpose of the article is to study the specifics of the cinema use at Russian literature classes for first year students of secondary vocational education. Analysis of the scientific literature on this topic has led to the actualization of the stages of work with film fragments, identifying methods for the synthesis of cinema and literature in the educational activities of students. In the process of the research, the following methods were used: study and analysis of literature, proven techniques for the adaptation of works of art, synthesis of experience. As a result of the study, it has been found out that the use of cinema art techniques at literature classes expands the students' horizons, raises interest in cinema art, increases the motivation to study the subject, the efficiency of learning the works. It is proved that the use of cinema art allows students to switch from reproductive to active, creative activity. The proposed methodological tools and techniques allow the teacher of literature to take into account the characteristic features of students' interest in cinema and to link the cinema viewer's experience to the process of literary and artistic development. This material may be used by students, teachers in educational and extracurricular activities.

The transition to the grades system of higher professional education and the implementation of the competence approach principles required new attitude to the educational process in the training of specialists in the field of shipbuilding. Therefore, there is a problem of working out new curricula for training bachelors - shipbuilders, taking into account the requirements of the labor market on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of higher education and professional standards. The purpose of the article is to evaluate new curricula for the educational program of shipbuilding engineers training, taking into account the competence approach, the requirements of the labor market and professional standards, as well as graduates’ conformity to the requirements of the economy and society. The article discusses some features of the organization of practice-oriented learning in training shipbuilding specialists under conditions of federal state educational standards implementation. The problems in training bachelors, caused by the development and introduction of new curricula due to the transition to the grades education system, are also examined in the article. Some features of educational and real practical work are considered. The proposed educational program for training personnel in the field of shipbuilding fully meets the contemporary challenges, the demands of the economy and society, contributes to the solution of the tasks that our country faces today in order to improve competitiveness, technological restructuring of the shipbuilding industry, and radical increase of labor productivity. The combination of theoretical training and practical work allows students to get through an educational program in the field of "Shipbuilding, ocean engineering and system engineering of marine infrastructure objects" successfully. The competences of graduates, acquired during the training, largely determine the reliability, efficiency of the production process and the introduction of new technologies.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the philosophical problems of the novel. The article deals with the problems of art, good and evil, religion, love The author of the article analyzes the problems posed by Bulgakov. The article discusses the features of the work. The relevance in the satirical depiction of the Soviet lies in reality. The theme of uplifting tragic love and creativity in an unfree society Bulgakov writes the novel at the dawn of his work. The novel is autobiographical. In the image of the Master, you can recognize Bulgakov himself, and in the image of Margarita, his wife Elena Sergeevna. The novel is regarded as a message to humanity. The novel gives us an idea of Moscow in the 1930s. The most interesting thing is that we read “a novel within a novel”, since in the work the Master writes his own novel called “Pontius Pilate”.
The article considers the methods of psychologization of educational training of master students – future managers. It is noted that for the organization of this work at the university, the discipline «Psychology» is an adequate means, the content and teaching methods of which require reflection in connection with the specifics of the future professional activity of masters of management. Among the organizational components of this discipline, problematic and design technologies, the use of multimedia presentations are noted.

Accumulating her experience bit by bit, learning from venerable colleagues such as Maria Alekseevna Kotlyarevskaya – Craft, Vera Ivanovna created her own style in working with children, her own methodology and her own style.
