the article is devoted to the formation of the educational paradigm in military educational organizations. The author deals with the most important issues relating to education, namely the principle of humanization, which consists in the orientation of learning to a person, in creating conditions for the development of creative individuality. Humanitarianism is becoming a backbone component of the new educational system, which is a priority factor for social development in the information society. The article says that the function of education in modern society is much more complicated than a simple transfer of experience and knowledge from the teacher to the student, from generation to generation. The author argues that the humanitarization of higher education should contribute to the self-knowledge of man, including the reality created by him. Such knowledge is impossible without the cumulative work of all humanities in the learning process.
The article presents current issues of development of flight training methods for cadets and ensuring flight safety.
The article discusses the features of military education, the problems that have arisen at the present time, how they are solved. It indicates how some issues can be resolved. What is needed in order to raise the prestige of the army as a whole. Why military reform is needed and that success in training listeners (cadets) largely depends on the level of competence of teachers.
The article reveals the problems of officer training in the Russian Empire and the ongoing reforms in the military education system in the second half of the XIX – early XX century.
