The paper is devoted to development of passionarity among police officers as a complex of personal traits and individual characteristics of a person, ensuring his active life position. The author made a diagnostic of passionate qualities of students, studying at Krasnodar University of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The diagnostic was aimed at identifying positive qualities and rehabilitation (recovery) of lost qualities, which proves the use of technologies and interactive teaching methods for development of passionarity among cadets in the educational environment of a university.
The article discusses the importance of feedback for the learning process and reflection of a military university teacher - the registrar of the controlling system. The author considers various feedback sources, the analysis of which enables to compare the realities of the teacher’s interaction with the audience. The effectiveness of communication is ensured by a high level of pedagogical skill and professional and pedagogical competence, including a communicative one. The article also studies the main source of feedback, the direct communicant, which is a student or a cadet who encounters various teachers in their educational activities, the type of work of which is evaluated in the article. Analyzing the relationship, the author concludes that it is the teacher who collects information about the state of the external and internal components of the feedback, he/she becomes its direct source, an interpreter of the received data, and a facilitator in structuring relationships with students.
The article is devoted to the training and education of cadets of THE University Branch of the VUNC air force "VVA". Confrontation of the teacher with the cadets and cadets among themselves is a common part of everyday life in the barracks of the UNIVERSITY, because many of the negative aspects of the applicants brought from school or after serving in the army. Unfortunately, today it is impossible to call conflicts a favorable situation in the learning process, it is difficult and difficult for a long time to settle them and bring them into the sphere of business (professional and educational) communication.
The article is devoted to the introduction of modern information technologies into the educational process of a military University; improving the quality of training of military pilots in order to introduce new technological means into the educational process. Information training of cadets in the UNIVERSITY should provide the future military pilot with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of computer science and information technology, allowing to effectively solve military-professional problems with the use of computer technology, to focus on the main directions of development of modern military weapons and equipment.
The article presents current issues of development of flight training methods for cadets and ensuring flight safety.
