The article analyzes the influence of psycho-emotional factors (emotions, motivation and needs) on the behavioral responses of children with disabilities. The authors prove that the physical activity realized in the behavior of these children is a form of their life activity that changes the duration of communication with the external environment and is able to meet the needs of their body.
The article examines some modern aspects of nutrition of people engaged in physical culture and sports, as the most important factor determining their physical performance and health. In this paper, the authors have summarized the current scientific data on the proper nutrition of athletes with different physical activity regimes.
The article discusses the features of distance learning and their impact on the health of a growing organism. Recommendations for reducing the negative consequences of physical inactivity and problems with social adaptation are proposed.
The article presents recommendations for conducting physical education classes aimed at developing the motor skills of the hands of younger schoolchildren with health abnormalities. The conclusions are argued that the physical activity realized in the behavior of these children is a form of their daily life activity capable of satisfying the needs of their body.

The low level of physical activity of students indicates an unformed need for movement and poorly developed motivational readiness for independent studies, which is of particular relevance in distance learning, since the effectiveness of distance learning depends on the correct motivation of students. The aim of the work is to study the process of formation of students' motivational readiness for physical activity in the context of digitalization of education.
