The article reveals the importance of the formation of argumentative statements in preschool children. In the present article, the development of phrasal speech in ontogeny is considered. Specific defects of phrases in children with general underdevelopment of speech are noted. The authors make brief analysis of methodological recommendations for the examination of phrasal speech. They propose the parameters for the study of the phrase condition in preschool children with general underdevelopment of speech.
