The paper presents a comparative analysis of financial activities of some banks in 2015 in reliance on the Central Bank of the Russian Federation standards H1, H2 and H3, return on assets, return on equity and the dynamics of the key indicators of banks' activities. The authors show that the considered financial institutions have a number of common characteristics; however, they differ in profitability and reliability. In conclusion, the authors try to identify the most reliable bank.
The article reveals the influence of modern economic conditions on the deposit policy of commercial banks. Particular attention is paid to the contributions of individuals. The efficiency of deposits over a number of years is considered.

CRM it is the most modern technology, combined with strategic planning, marketing methods, organizational and technical means. "Customer Relationship Management" is a business ideology designed to improve the profitability of the company's operations by optimizing work with consumers. In other words, it is a technology that allows increasing the profit of an enterprise at controlled costs. Instead of CRM, the notion of "customer loyalty management" is also used. It is in controlled loyalty that the meaning of CRM lies.
