The article is devoted to the problem of building the process of managing the spiritual and moral development and education of students. The most significant components of the educational developing space of an educational organization are revealed: spatial-subject, social-contact and informational. According to the author, as a result of such education, the child tries himself in various types of socially and personally significant activities, gets experience in making independent decisions in situations of moral choice in favor of universal values, strives for self-education, continuous spiritual self-development in the process of realizing his spiritual ideals in practice.
Academic mobility is currently an integral part of the educational process. In the era of integration of societies and cultures, academic mobility is one of the first places of personal and professional development. Students and teaching staff must keep up with the times, and in this case, lifelong learning allows you to improve professional qualities that change the composition and characteristics of the individual in a certain time period. Experience and personal characteristics always interact with each other in this process, and professionalism is the result of this Union.
Students as an age category have a certain set of psychological characteristics and age-related developmental objectives. The conditions of modern life influence on the content of these objectives, concretizing them in accordance with the actual needs of the student. The article examines the age-related developmental objectives of the noted age: expansive, pragmatic, axiological and reflexive.
Modern education is based on activity nature, involving the education of the student's personality. Today, the teacher acts as a so-called guide in the world of knowledge, which helps students to independently acquire the necessary knowledge and draw conclusions. A modern teacher is faced with the task of developing students' motivation in the learning process, which is impossible without creating students' interest in the subject. One of the main stages of the modern lesson is the stage of setting the topic of the lesson, which involves the students' independent formulation of the lesson topic. Students' independent statement of the lesson topic leads children to understand the importance of each lesson in their learning process. This article discusses some ways of formulating the topic of the lesson, which help both the teacher in preparing the lesson and the students in correctly determining its main topic.
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the organization of independent work of cadets – foreign military personnel, who are undergoing training at military universities in Russia. The study examines the theoretical aspects of independent work of cadets, traditional and innovative forms of its organization, gives recommendations for improving the efficiency of independent work of cadets.
