Shaping the culture of the creation innovation is one of the the most actual social problems. The Purpose of the study is a study function cultures, which can be chosen at analysis mechanism to adapting the individual to social changes to different sphere of the lifes society. The Culture of the creation innovation provides not only constant creation and introduction new, but she includes the mechanisms, allowing adapt the individual to changes to different sphere of the lifes.

The article considers peculiarities of formation of the institutionalization of the social order; focuses on the social changes occurring in modern conditions of development of society.
The features of age identification of older preschoolers with mental retardation are studied in this article. We found that older preschoolers with mental retardation have specific features of age identification: they have poor, undifferentiated ideas about their own future and regression in choosing an attractive age image for themselves.
The article is devoted to the problem of social integration of adolescents with developmental disabilities and the most important condition of its effectiveness – the development of competence in interpersonal interaction. It is known that the connection of social integration of persons with developmental disabilities with the psychological readiness for this process of society and the individual is natural. The quality of the Social-Psychological Competence of persons with developmental disabilities, which determines this readiness, is reduced at the functional-individual, operational-subjective and motivational-personal levels. The solution of these issues requires the organization of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of inclusion in society of persons with developmental disabilities at different stages of training.
The article deals with the problem of the development of ideas and concepts of inanimate nature in adolescents with mental retardation, as well as the importance of the development of ideas and concepts of inanimate nature as one of the many factors of successful social integration. The article gives the basic definitions of concepts and concepts. The features of development of ideas and concepts in adolescents with mental retardation are characterized. The basic ways and possibilities of development of ideas and concepts of inanimate nature in adolescents with mental retardation.
