The purpose of this article – to present experience of using the stakeholder analysis method in teaching so-ciology at medical school. The main purposes and steps of this method are represented, examples for the solution of the cases are given, possibilities of using this method at the seminar occupations are offered. The conclusion about a practical orientation of a method is drawn.
The article considers the general theoretical problem of the diversity of approaches to the concept of legal responsibility, its place in the social responsibility system. Based on the analysis of a wide range of sources, the most universal concept of legal responsibility is highlighted. The probability of its division into positive (prospective) and negative (retrospective) is considered in the structure of legal responsibility. The bases of legal liability are highlighted. The concept of an offense, the most universal in terms of the concept of legal liability proposed in the article, is proposed.
The article raises the theme of the application of PR-technologies in the concept of the formation of social responsibility of enterprises. The material contains an analysis of several reports of organizations related to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as articles on this topic. The main problems are highlighted, as well as PR elements that have a significant impact on the creation and maintenance of corporate social responsibility in the Russian Federation. It is proved that changes with the help of PR tools of public views on socially important goals and projects lead to the construction and development of a more socially responsible business.
