In article the analysis and synthesis of experience of use of domestic Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation in internal regional armed conflicts is carried out. Questions of application of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in fight against the international terrorism, performance of peacekeeping operations by Russia in the former Soviet Union are considered. The carried-out analysis of scientific literature has shown that the Soviet Union and the Russian Federation used the Armed forces in the territory of the USSR and the former Soviet Union in armed conflicts and conflict situations during global changes in the socio-political, ideological and economic sphere before and after the collapse of the USSR for the purpose of restoration of the constitutional legality and law and order, prevention of disintegration of the state.
In the context of informatization and automation of processes, the intellectual resource, expressed in the quality of the personnel being recruited, is becoming increasingly important. Many corporate processes will depend on the correct initial selection of people who actually have the required skills and knowledge, ranging from the effectiveness of the employee's integration into the working environment and ending with the performance indicators of his work, the amount of costs required to maintain the efficiency of their work.
The article considers and analyzes such a modern tool for the work of modern employees of companies in different industries as a CRM system. With its help, the management of organizations allows their subordinates to effectively and conveniently manage relationships with their customers and customers. Managers of structural divisions also use these programs to track all the tasks and actions that employees have performed during the entire working day. Based on this analysis, it becomes possible to evaluate the employee's productivity and offer recommendations for improving the work, if necessary, or vice versa, give positive feedback on its completion. These systems have been in existence for quite a long time, but since the beginning of the global pandemic, they have become most relevant and important, due to the transition of many employees to remote work mode.
