This article gives a brief description of the problem of increased personal anxiety, psychological and physiological characteristics of this phenomenon. Also presented is the ability to work with the «alarming» type of customers with the help of the instrument component, namely eye trackers.

The article characterizes the concepts of "stress", "emotional burnout" and "prevention of emotional burnout" of a future teacher in the process of professional training based on the analysis of modern pedagogical and psychological research. The article presents the result of the analysis of a survey of surgeons from the Smolensk region, the Kaliningrad region, the Bryansk region. The relationship between age, gender, territory of residence of a specialist and the level of stress that he experiences in his professional activity is reflected. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of the place of residence, personal characteristics and gender on the occurrence of intellectual, emotional, behavioral and physiological signs of stress in surgeons. Object and methods. During the study, 62 people (32 men and 30 women) passed the test to determine the level of stress V. Yu. Shcherbatykh. To measure and assess the degree of professional burnout, the level of stress was globally identified according to four signs and symptoms: intellectual, emotional, behavioral and physiological. Various information platforms were used as additional tools for processing the obtained statistical data. Results. The majority of doctors in all regions experience a significant level of stress.
The article deals with the problem of professional and emotional burnout – a state when a person experiences emotional and mental exhaustion, a decrease in professional enthusiasm and motivation. The author analyzes the causes of burnout, such as overload, lack of support and recognition from colleagues and management, conflict situations, mismatch of expectations and the level of requirements. It describes the impact of burnout on human health and quality of life, as well as methods of prevention and treatment of this condition. The author describes the main signs of burnout and recommendations for stress management and maintaining psychological health.
