The article is devoted to the problem of realization of cluster policy in regions and municipalities of Russia, which should be linked to and correlated with the directions and mechanisms of intraregional cooperation, because the socio-economic development of territories of the region should be the first consideration ecological and economic needs of the activity of economic entities.
