This article is aimed at studying and analyzing the consequences of the so-called agricultural fall, which is arranged by the owners of land plots. The article presents the prejudices that people have been following for centuries, thinking that burning dry grass is necessary to awaken and accelerate natural processes after winter. Some scientists in Russia and Yakutia still make arguments in favor of controlled burning of dry grass. The authors in their work described the processes occurring in the soil after wildfires, briefly outlined the evidence of damage to the soil as a component of the environment as a result of fire exposure.
