The Arctic territories of Yakutia are characterised by autonomous energy based on coal burning. This causes a constant accumulation of ash and slag masses with a simultaneous shortage of avail-able building materials due to logistics. The developed recommendations are aimed at organising local production, which will minimise logistics costs and reduce the burden on the ecosystems of the North. The practical implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to the formation of a closed cycle of resource utilisation and sustainable development of the Arctic territories of Yakutia.
