In the modern world one of the main ways for children to get in touch with society is communication via the Internet. Unlike all previous generations, children of today's generation are not limited to a close circle of acquaintances. Such freedom of contact with any Internet user in children at such an important period entails many risks. One of these risks is cyberbullying. Bullying in its usual manifestation has a devastating effect. In this work we will study the phenomenon of cyberbullying and the risks of its impact on the mental state of children, and make recommendations on how to protect children from such a destructive phenomenon.
