This study aims to explore how digital tools address challenges in teaching Yi ethnic minority songs in China, including spatial and temporal constraints, uneven distribution of qualified teachers, and cultural-linguistic barriers. Its innovation lies in constructing a teaching model that integrates diverse digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to create an immersive learning environment. Findings indicate that digital teaching methods not only effectively enhance students' vocal skills and cultural awareness but also pioneer new pathways for the sustainable transmission of ethnic minority musical cultures. This research provides both theoretical foundations and practical examples for transforming ethnic minority music education under modern technological conditions.
