The paper aims explores the Yakut and English folk tales to identify the socio-cultural characteristics of female images. The material for the research included the Yakut folk tales «Taal-Taal Emeekhsin», «Biees Ynakhtaakh Beyberikeen Emeekhsin», «Tebenekeen Emeekhsin», «Oydeokh Kyys» and the English folk tales «The Old Witch», «Peronella», «Cinderella», and «Little Red Riding Hood». The fairy tales’ analyses provided the materials for generating via AI tools the illustrations of main heroins. The authors identified the female main characteristics in fairy tales of both cultures based on linguistic and stylistic devices.
