This article investigates the application of chatGPT, developed by OpenAI, which is a powerful language model that has attracted attention for its ability to generate detailed and interconnected relevant responses in natural language conversations, in the context of chatbot development. The capabilities of the artificial intelligence provided by chatGPT in various input processing tasks are evaluated, and its limitations are explored. This work aims to extend the understanding of the capabilities and limits of chatGPT in the context of creating persuasive and useful chatbots. The paper consists of a five-part introduction that summarizes the relevance and the chatGPT technology, the methodology of the study, the results of the study, a discussion of the results, and the conclusion of the paper.
