The article presents a comparative analysis of the lists of frequently occurring violations of mandatory industrial safety requirements detected by Rostekhnadzor at dangerous production facilities in 2023 and 2024. Statistical changes in the dynamics of violations at enterprises in the mining, blasting (explosive), and metallurgical industries are considered, and an assessment is made of the factors influencing their occurrence. The conducted study contributes to forming a more accurate understanding of current issues in industrial safety and can be used to develop measures to reduce accident risks at hazardous production facilities.

The Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field (OGCF) requires improved environmental monitoring. This paper proposes a real-time system combining sensors, remote sensing, and geographic information systems (GIS) for the OGCF. It enables continuous monitoring and predictive analytics for threats like permafrost degradation. The system supports management decisions and regulatory compliance. It also advances corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals. The findings offer a framework for Arctic oil and gas fields.
