Крылов А. В. THE INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND THE REPRODUCTION OF PROTOZOA // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2023. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2023/0.htm
A large number and wide distribution characterize unicellular animals as animals that play a significant role in nature. Free-living protozoa occupy an important place in the cycle of substances in the biosphere. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that it is known that at present the interest of the scientific community in unicellular organisms is growing, due to the rapid development of biotechnology, biocybernetics, genetic engineering etc. None of the above areas of biology can do without research on protozoa. Paramecium caudatum – is of significant scientific interest, as it is the most convenient model for studying the vital activity of living organisms, as well as an object that responds to changes in the quality of the environment. The study of adaptations to various abiotic factors is one of the most important areas of biology.
Pukhov . P., Pesterev A. P. MULTI-LAYER PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTRIC ARCS IN EXTREME COLD CONDITIONS // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
The article presents an analytical review of the problems of ensuring the safety of personnel in the fuel and energy complex during the operation of electrical installations in the Far North. Based on an analysis of current scientific and technical literature, regulatory documentation, and the results of field tests, the effectiveness of using heat-resistant PPE is investigated. The unique physical and chemical properties of meta- and para-aramid fibres are considered, which allow materials to retain their elasticity and strength at temperatures down to -60 °C, preventing brittle fracture under the influence of an arc shock wave. The thermodynamics of multi-layer clothing packages are described in detail: it is shown how air layers and specialised aramid insulation increase the overall protection rating (System Arc Rating) and dampen the energy of an explosion. It is justified that the use of synthetic aramid structures is an unrivalled engineering solution that guarantees stable protective characteristics throughout the entire life cycle of the product.
