This study analyzes the occupational safety management system at "Vodokanal" one of the principal organizations in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It examines the results of the special assessment of working conditions, the analysis of occupational accidents, and professional risks. Identified the primary harmful factors: noise and chemical substances. An analysis of medical examinations of employees was conducted, which identified individuals classified as belonging to at risk groups. Recommendations for enhancing the occupational safety management system are proposed based on the conducted analyses including the expansion of the labor safety staff and the strengthening of oversight in structural subdivisions.
