The article analyses the psychological safety of teachers in special schools as a condition for their professional well-being. The results of empirical research show that the leading factor in security is a favourable psychological climate and trusting relationships within the team, the importance of which increases with length of service. The authors propose measures to strengthen interpersonal relationships and teamwork among teachers. The study involved 35 teachers from special schools in Yakutsk, with professional experience ranging from 1 to over 11 years. The findings indicate that teachers with more than 11 years of experience demonstrate higher levels of interpersonal security due to established trusting relationships. Among all professional well-being criteria, positive relationships within the team received the highest average score of 4. The research confirms that a supportive team environment serves as an important social resource that enhances teachers' psychological safety. Based on these results, practical recommendations include organising team-building training and creating psychological relief rooms in schools.
